With years of experience in the disability sector, I have successfully managed and operated SIL homes, led teams, and supported countless individuals in building independent, meaningful lives. Bringing strong leadership, compassion, and deep industry knowledge to everything I do. My focus is creating a safe, empowering space where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
